The Penn’s

I’ve known Chanel & Erick since before they got married. At first I only knew them as my youth pastors, now I know them as dear friends. Watching their family grow has been a complete blessing & watching them learn how to love, parent, and share God’s love with their four boy’s only makes my respect and fondness for them grow bigger. Micah was due on Christmas Day and came 1 week late. We scheduled this session for when Micah was 10 days old and were (of course) hit with a monstrous snow storm that took out Chanel & Erick’s electricity. Lucky for us, they have ginormous windows and a whole butt load of natural light. Capturing their natural state and the craziness of life with four little ones under 6 was the most beautiful thing I think I’ve done with photography so far.
